Design and Organization

I was just going over some design details for a project with one of our designers. Design can sometimes be so challenging, but creative design can make a difference in the way we live. The project got me thinking how important organization is in the design of a space. If a space doesn’t function properly, then it’s not designed properly.

Good design takes into account the functional and organization needs of the space’s inhabitants. Without proper organization tools and systems, good design cannot shine. When it’s all put together properly and good design and organization blend, you get a space that makes you feel better and live better.

Next time you consider designing, keep your organization needs in check as well. You may even want to call in an organizer on your design project (yes, we have one on staff!!!) to be sure everything is thought through. Your designer and organizer work hand in hand with you to get the best outcome for your budget.

Lastly, its true that when you have your space nicely designed you do want to keep it together. A nice space is much easier to keep clean than one you loathe!
